Postage, rETURNS & Exchanges

We  accept returns for brand new items as long as long as the original tags as well as our tags are still on the items. Buyer must pay postage for the return. Please contact us within 14 of arrival of the item if you wish to return/exchange on these items.

Please note any customised orders are none refundable.

To return an item please Email or message us first.

When returning please include a note with your name, order number and Email.

​

We do not usually except returns on preloved items, but we are happy to discuss things over if you are not happy with an item(s) when you receive them. If it is a sizing issue please contact us and we will try our best to find you an alternate size of the product, or a shop credit to purchase something to the same value. Please contact us within 14 of arrival of the item to resolve this.

Please allow 14days for the parcel to be received before contacting us about missing items. If you experience any issues with postage please contact us and we will do our best to resolve.

We use Royal Mail collection service.Therefore orders would need to be placed before 5pm to be guaranteed to go the next day for collection. *Excluding Bank Holidays

Uk Royal Mail Postage Cost:

48hrs/2nd class - £4.00

24hrs/1st class -£5.00

International postage- Due to changes in the EU we are no longer able to post internationally. We hope this changes in the new year. We will let you know if this changes.

CHRISTMAS POSTAGE & OFFICE CLOSURE

Changes to postal service and office openings from 9th December onwards

Between this period online order will only be sent once a week. The office will be shut for shopping. Sorry for any inconvenience

Tuesday 17th December (Last Day for Christmas Shipping)

We post the items to the address that we receive in the order - please make sure you check before you place orders. If you wish to change your address after you have made your order, please note we are not covered for loss of the item in the post as the address on the order is the one officially we have to send to.
